Sprawling property management company BA Management has affordable rentals all over the Los Angeles area. In addition to their generous pet policy, they also make extensive renovations to the properties they own. And no matter what the apartment, no matter what the neighborhood, no matter what the existing architectural style of the building, they’re sure to add MARBLE COLUMNS.

    I came across a ton of these when I was looking for an apartment but could never quite bring myself to go look at any of them. The apartments are in fantastic condition but there’s just something too Greek about the styling. Oh wait. Now I know what it is…

    They’re not really marble. They’re actually painted PVC pipe. It really doesn’t look bad at all, it’s just not marble.

    I am a contractor that installed water efficient toilets at these apartments, but the owner never paid for the service and toilets. The total 17 properties were serviced and yet the owner is not willing to pay a dime. The total of $ 180K will be filed for suit. Nidal Barakat and his son are very crafty men. Do not make any business deals with them. You won't get paid for your work. We will fight at the court.
